Recent News

We are now running an inter-disciplinary seminar series: TECS seminars.

Jorge Vazquez Diosdado is currently working with me as a postdoc on a BBSRC funded project.

Research Topics and Interests

I currently have two main areas of research interest in the rapidly expanding fields of Mathematical Biology and Ecology:

1. Movement & Behavioural Ecology: modelling the behaviour, movement and dispersal of animals, micro-organisms and cells;

2. Population Ecology: mathematical analysis and simulation of the population dynamics and optimal management strategies of fisheries and marine ecosystems.
