The series of conferences began in 1995.
The First Celtic Linguistics Conference was held at University College Dublin in 1995.
The Second Celtic Linguistics Conference was held in Dublin in 1997.
The Third Celtic Linguistics Conference was held in Dublin in May 2000.
The Fourth Celtic Linguistics Conference took place on 1-3 September 2003 at Selwyn College, University of Cambridge, UK. A collection of papers from this conference was published as Lingua vol 116/11, 2006.
The Fifth Celtic Linguistics Conference was held from 7-9 September 2007 at Plas Gregynog, Wales.
The Sixth Celtic Linguistics Conference will take place in Dublin, 13th-15th September 2010. The venue is University College Dublin. The Call for Abstracts is likely to be published in January 2010. For information contact Maire Ni Chiosáin (maire.nichiosain at ucd.ed).
