There are a variety of ways in which people wishing to use our service can contact us. All of these services operate between the hours of 10pm to 8am every night during term time.
Visit us:
The flat is located in Flat 1, Keynes Tower, North Campus. Our entrance can be found at the back of the tower. Signs are posted in and around the tower identifying the entrace.
Phone us:
To utilise our confidential listening service, you can get in touch with our main lines on 01206 87 2020/2022. Alternatively, if calling from a landline number, we also operate a freephone on 0800 326 5454.
If you live in campus accomodation and have chosen to download the Freewire Phone you can call us free of charge on 224 2020 and 224 2022.
For information enquiries, such as signposting alternative services, numbers for taxis, takeaways, travel timetables and anything else you may require, we can be reached on our Information Line phone at 01206 87 4062. Students using the Freewire Phone system may use 224 4062.
