I am a Post Graduate Research Student in the School of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering at the University of Essex which is one of the leading research-intensive universities in UK. The university was ranked 9th in the RAE 2008. I am working under the supervision of Prof. Klaus D. McDonald-Maier and Dr. Adrian F. Clark in Embedded and Intelligent Systems (EIS) Research Group. I am also a member of VASE Lab. My research interests include image feature detection and description techniques, performance characterization of vision algorithms, vision processing architectures, hardware-software co-design and embedded systems.
